This assistant answers questions about Kipsmln products. This notice explains what we do and do not do with your messages.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and this assistant is designed not to accept, health information, medical information, or other personal details. If you type them anyway, the assistant is instructed not to repeat them back and we do not extract or tag them.

Do we store your conversation?

We do not store chat history on our servers. Your conversation stays in your own browser's local storage on your device, and is automatically cleared after 30 days. Clearing your browser data removes it immediately.

Is my conversation used to train AI?

No. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

What is sent to our AI provider

To generate an answer, your question is sent to an AI model provider under contract with us. It is used only to produce that answer. Wherever possible, answers are served from our own written knowledge base instead of being generated, so no question is sent at all.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Because we do not retain your conversation on our servers, there is no stored copy to delete. If you believe we hold any personal information about you, email support@kipsmln.com and we will respond within the period required by law.
